CONSULTATION
First we meet with you and your team to understand your specific requirements for success and begin developing our new partnership.
DEVELOP THE PLAN
Once we agree on the focus, new or existing products, services required, events, programs or solutions marketing, our consultant works with you to develop a strategic and results-driven integrated marketing program that delivers targeted messages to your desired audiences. During this process we work with your team to define and document your objectives and strategies, define your measurement criteria and identify the key stakeholders.
We then gain your approval and acceptance of the final requirements.
Or, it may be as simple as determining the content for a piece of literature, flyer or event plans. No project is ever too big or too small for our team of service oriented professionals.
EXECUTION
Once we've agreed on the requirements and/or the plan is approved and accepted, we start working to get you results! We work with you and/or your team to:
- Set timelines and key dates/milestones.
- Provide budgets & estimates research.
- Develop content & manage the review and approval process.
- Select and interact with other vendors and key constituents.
- Provide ongoing communication during implementation.
- Execute while interacting cross-functionally within your organization where required.
- Deliver progress reports along the way and final results.
